HOW TO SET UP GAINS ON YOUR AMPLIFIER WITH A MULTIMETER

In this CMA Workshop, we walk through how to properly set amplifier gains using a multimeter. We’ll start by measuring the source output to establish a clean signal, then calculate the correct amplifier output voltage target based on the system’s power and impedance. From there, we’ll use the multimeter to match the amplifier output to that target before completing the process with final adjustments and fine tuning for optimal system performance.
